We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible, and within any time indicated. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. We will endeavour to notify users if delivery is delayed. All items are delivered by a third party, and delivery is governed by their shipping contracts. Online Gear Swap and Events Calendar Information

Visitors choosing to use our free Online Gear Swap or Events Calendar are bound by the user-provided content guidelines set out in our Terms of Use. Online Gear Swap posting data is stored for a maximum 15 days. Events Calendar data is stored from the time the posting is made until the user-defined expiration date.
